Booking, Payment and Cancellation Policy
Pony Experiences:
These 45 minutes sessions can be booked at anytime, subject to availability and are payable upon booking. Booking will be confirmed upon receipt of payment and clearing of funds when applicable.
Young Riders and Senior Rider Courses:
These 4 to 7-week courses are payable ten (10) days before the course begins. There is also an Early Bird Discount for each course with dates published for each course. Late bookings with payment on the first day of the course can sometimes be accepted – please ask. We will only be able to hold places if these payments are received on time or other arrangements have been made.
Pony Sharing:
Pony Sharing fees are payable on the first (1st) of each month by standing order to our Lloyds Account (please ask for details).
Pony Birthday Parties:
A 50% non-refundable deposit will be necessary to confirm your booking. The balance will be payable, by any of the methods indicated below, 14 days before the party.
Half Term and Summer Holiday Pony Fun Days:
Payable in full upon booking to confirm. No refunds are extended but, with sufficient notice (see terms), we are happy to reschedule your Pony Days.
Special Events:
To hold a place in these events payments will be needed in full at the time of booking unless otherwise indicated in the event description.
Field Days and/or School Trips for Groups:
A 50% deposit will be necessary to confirm these bookings with the balance payable 14 days before the event.
Unfortunately, we will not be able to arrange rescheduling if we have less than 48 hours notice, regardless of the reason and full charge for your session will be made.

Pony Experiences:
48 hours notice will be necessary to reschedule this experience. No refunds will be given.
Riding Courses:
Please let us know as soon as you can that your child will not be able to make one of their weekly lessons. If you give at least 7 days notice, we will endeavor to find a way of making up one missed session each term.
We kindly request that you give us at least a Term’s Notice if you will not be signing up for the following term.
Pony Sharing:
We kindly request that you give us one months’s notice, on the 1st of the month, of your intention to stop sharing one of our ponies.
Birthday Parties:
If you need to change your dates, party deferment may be possible if you contact us in good time (subject to availability). Closer to the date refunds will be made as follows:
*Cancellation received more than 15 days before party date – loss of deposit only
*Cancellation received 14 days or less before party date – no refund.
Pony Fun Days:
Pony Fun Days: Pony Fun Days payments are non-refundable but the days can be rescheduled if we receive at least 14 days notice of your need to reschedule. This gives us time to offer the place to another child.
Field Days and/or School Trips for Groups:
If you need to change your dates, deferment may be possible if you contact us in good time (at least 7 days before the event). Closer to the date refunds will be made as follows:
* Cancellation received more than 15 days before your date – loss of deposit only
* Cancellation received 14 days or less before your date – no refund.
Cancellation due to inclement weather:
We are an outdoor activity and continue to operate even if it is raining. Please dress according to the weather! In case of strong rain/wind we reserve the right to hold a theory lesson instead. We will only cancel lessons/events if we feel that it would be dangerous to do hold them (ie. Electricity storms, gale winds). In these cases we will reschedule events.

- By Paypal if you are happy to pay the charges so that we receive the full amount. (Please ask for details).
